Confirmation of Wedding
Confirmation of a wedding booking must be made in writing within fourteen days of a tentative booking being made. A deposit of $500.00 will be required at this time with a signed acknowledgement of terms & conditions.
Minimum Numbers
Weddings held in S-cape cafe must have minimum 20 guests. If final numbers drop below this amount, billing will be based on 20 guests.
Guaranteed Numbers
An estimate of numbers will be required six weeks prior to wedding. Please confirm numbers 14 days prior to wedding.
Guaranteed numbers are to be confirmed three (3) working days prior. Billing will be based on guaranteed numbers. If actual numbers are above guaranteed, additional charges will be made accordingly.
Terms of Payments
Full payment of the total estimated value of food, beverage and other services is required seven days prior to your wedding reception.
If you do not reach your estimated value, we will refund you the difference between your payment and final bill. Alternatively, if you exceed your estimated value, final payment will be required on the night
Cancellations
Cancellation of booking within six (6) weeks of wedding will result in a forfeit of deposit paid. All cancellations are to be made in writing.
Event Conclusion
It is our practice to conclude functions held in S-cape no later than 12 midnight.
Sundays and Public Holidays
A labour surcharge of 15% of the total bill will apply on Sundays and Public Holidays
Liquor
Alcoholic beverages can not be brought onto the premises. We are fully licensed and our facilities are opened until midnight. Nautilus Beachfront Villas participates in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Damage and Insurance
Nautilus Beachfront Villas and S-cape CafeBar will take utmost care but no responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to merchandise or other guest property for the duration of your wedding and reception.
Menu Prices
All prices are based on current costs and may be subject to change.
Resort Security Bond
A $500 bond is required on deposit for what is deemed by the resort manager disruption to the resort
and or it's guests during your function. Deposit is returned 48 hours after check out if no approach by
the manager has been made. Any and all disputes are to be discussed only with the resort manager.
