Wedding Package

For the ultimate beachfront wedding, your ceremony can be held on our purpose built Beachside Entertainment Venue. As close to the water you can get without getting your feet wet, your pictures will look amazing with the wonderful back drop of the Pacific Ocean and Solitary Islands.

A venue hire & set up fee of $390 will provide you with the following:

Seating for guests
Aisle lined with red carpet
Wedding registry signing table
Music played on bride arrival
Set up of bar area
The best backdrop in all of Coffs Harbour

Whilst you are making the most of the location with your photographer, take advantage of our beverage and canapé options. Your guests can continue to enjoy the atmosphere and be entertained while you capture the special occasion.

Following your ceremony, S-cape Café & Bar is the perfect venue to celebrate your marriage. With it’s beautiful views of the pool and ocean, it is a relaxed, peaceful environment to enjoy your special day with family and friends. S-cape cafe can seat up to 120 guests.

A set up fee and hire cost for the restaurant will be $1200.
This will provide you with the following:

Formal white linen dinner setting (Chair covers are an optional extra)
Table centre pieces of rose petals and candles
Table plans and seating arrangements
Wait and kitchen staff
All crockery, cutlery & glassware

S-cape Café & Bar would like to contribute to your celebrations. As our wedding gift to you we would like to offer:

Complimentary champagne and full breakfast served to you in your room the following morning

Off site activities can be arranged including whale watching, white water rafting, horse riding and golf.

Your evening will be structured to reflect your unique tastes with our professional service team ensuring your guest’s needs are fully catered for.

All meals will be prepared on the premises, using the freshest and highest quality local ingredients.

Canape service

2 course sit down alternate service dinner @ $39.00 per person
3 course sit down alternate service dinner @ $45.00 per person
Buffet style
