To Peter & Anna, & the team at S-cape Cafe & Bar

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge you for your dramatic improvement of the restaurant at Nautilus Beachfront Villas & Spa. I have been staying at the resort for 15 years now as a regular guest every few weeks and at the start of my stay, Deckchairs which it was known as then was great! As the years past though, it really took a slide in both the service & food department.

It was only when you bought the restaurant in October 2006 that it became exceptional.  Peter brought his immense knowledge of food from around the world to this restaurant to make it somewhat unique to others that I have dined in.

The staff are constantly happy to help & assist in any way possible & are always friendly!! They really seem to enjoy their work environment & the people & guests that surround them each day.

I am always a repeat guest at Nautilus because of the beautiful location & surroundings but also because I always know I will be looked after by you, Peter & Anna. It’s nice to have familiar people around when you stay at a resort, especially when staying solo overnight & we have built a real rapport over the years I have known you. A great, consistent restaurant is something I always look for when being on the road. There are few & far between but I have certainly found this in S-cape Cafe & Bar.

Dear Anna,

As you are aware my family has been holidaying at Nautilus for over 26 years, & we have experienced the many changes that have happened at both the resort & restaurant – the restaurant changing in style, management, ownership & name during this time. I wanted firstly to congratulate you, Peter & the staff for the way in which you have bought S-cape up to be a dining delight & a wonderful experience. The menu is now fresh & modern, away from the tedious predictability of many restaurants. The staff members are always a delight giving relaxed & friendly service.

The main reason for this letter is to pass on our many thanks for the wonderful time we & our 60 guests had our son’s recent wedding. Most importantly, the bride & groom were relaxed, knowing that the organizational issues were in your capable hands & knowing the food would be of a standard that their interstate, intrastate & overseas guests would appreciate. From the canapés through to the desert, the food was cooked with fresh produce & balanced flavours, with all our quests praising the choices & way in which the courses were served.

It was not just on the wedding day that you & your staff excelled, but also on the days either side of the wedding. Meals at S-cape became the focal point with people coming & going with your staff being relaxed & accommodating with our ever fluid numbers & eating arrangements. We have heard nothing but praise for the quality & selection at each meal enjoyed.

So, not just from me, but from my son & new daughter-in-law, & all their friends & family, thank you for doing such a wonderful job over the 3 days of the wedding weekend. I wish you, Peter & all the lovely staff the very best & look forward to my next stay at Nautilus when I may again enjoy the relaxed experience of dining at S-cape.

Dear Anna & Peter & Staff.

We would like to thank you for such a beautiful evening at your restaurant on Sat 12th July....While we were staying at Nautilus Resort.

Presentation of our meals were superb....I had the lamb dish and my husband had the steak ...both tasted delicious .....also our dessert which was the crepe....beautifully presented..... as was the service.

We look forward to dining there again in the near future...
